What is a Podcast, RSS, XML...?
If you aren't sure, you're not alone. You may have heard of these terms but not know what they mean. The short answer is that they simple ways to get content to people across the internet. There are many sources out there that explain it in detail, so here are the short definitions and links to more info:

Podcast: a method of publishing sound files to the Internet, allowing users to subscribe to a feed and receive new audio files automatically. The name comes from a combination of "iPod" and "Broadcasting," although you don't need an iPod to listen to a podcast.

XML: Extensible Markup Language - A type of programming language used in delivering content to web browsers, newsreaders, mobile phones and other digital devices.

RSS: is a family of XML file formats for web syndication used by news websites and weblogs.

	How Do I Do This? The easiest way to listen to podcasts and watch video podcasts is to subscribe to each feed using the free iTunes software. The basic steps in making use of a podcast or RSS text feed are: 1. Get the software to read the feeds, such as Google Reader. 2. Subscribe to a feed. (Just copy the links to the left). 3. Enjoy!
