It can be irritating when others don’t act the way we think they should. We call those irritations pet peeves. They take a toll on our joy count. Paul says the patient person is long-tempered as opposed to short-tempered.
“Always be humble and gentle. Be patient with each other, making allowance for each other’s faults because of your love. Make every effort to keep yourselves united in the Spirit, binding yourselves together with peace” Ephesians 4:2-3 (NLT).
